I've been through 2 chats with the EA staff and done everything they suggested, and since I had to disable the UAC (is it called UCA?) and restart my computer, my conversations are gone, and I can't connect to a new chat as no advisor is available. I've disabled antivirus and User Access Control and restarted by advice from EA help chat.

I've ran it as admin, and I've cleared the browser caches, the game's cache and I don't have any CC or mods installed. I've manually opened the launcer before starting the download from my purchase history, and I've also let it open by itself when I start the download. I've tried doing it through chrome, firefox and internet explorer, with the same result each time. So really, this isn't a game issue, it's a download issue, and I can't figure out what's causing it! I'm pretty upset, as I finally have a computer which runs the game well, and I've never before paid for items from the Sims 3 store. I'm playing on a new computer, so I haven't downloaded anything before from the store on this computer. Hidden Springs get the error message at 82% download, and Monte Vista sometime halfway through. I have tried downloading the worlds through the in-game downloader, but with the same result. My game has been running completely fine, and it still runs just like before. So it seems to be luck that I was able to download it for whatever reason. I've tried downloading the fountain a second time, just to test it, and it's not working either now.

I tried several times, and suddenly the chocolate fountain finished the download, and I could install it, but I still can't download the two worlds. I simply can't download the items I paid for.

There is no error code or directions, only the message that an error occurred during the download. However, when I click on the download button to download said item, the launcher opens and start downloading, only I suddenly recieve a pop-up, telling me that an error occured during the download. I did so, and these items show up in my purchase history. I recieved the codes through Origin, and followed the instructions to go to and redeem the codes. This included Hidden Springs, Monte Vista and a chocolate fountain. Today I decided to purchase a world bundle through Origins. I searched the forums, but I couldn't find an answer to my issues, or even anyone with the same issue, so I hope someone here can help me. Unable to download my purchased items from the Sims3 Store
